User files will be deleted from SS storage after two weeks or when the user tells us to.

If you choose a “partial” or express workstation installation, we will hook up your PC and get it running for you without any software installation.

Sometimes it is only necessary to upgrade your computer hardware instead of buying a new PC. We do almost every PC hardware installations including RAMs, Optical drives, Power packs, PCI cards, graphic cards, keyboards, hard drives and more! If you do not know hardware is right for you, ask us. We can help you by recommending the right products to you and even tell you where to get them. SS Tech Support advices that you should first find out what exactly is wrong with your PC before getting a new one. Most times, you will save more money by simply upgrading the necessary parts. In addition, we also specialize in printer installations with the top brands like HP, Canon, Lexmark, Konica Bizhubs, etc.

SS can also setup your home and office network. Although we are not yet a sophisticated networking company, our aim is to provide our clients with basic networking services by installing routers, modems in small offices or homes. Nevertheless, we do have recommendation that we can point you to if you need any networking service that is beyond SS at this point. However, we can setup and configure your wireless routers, network your computers together to share devices and files.

Having trouble installing your new software or not sure exactly how to install it? Let us know and we will be right there to assist you! If we can’t schedule an appointment for you immediately, we can remotely help you get your work done. We require that you have your software available for us on a disk or removable storage. Please note that if your software requires to be downloaded, we advise that, in order to save time, you should download it prior to the technician arriving at the site.
